1. Controller
The data controller is Neurologia Integrada, CNPJ 23.015.136/0001-70, based in São Paulo, Brazil. The contact point for privacy matters is dr.funchal@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide in the forms: name, institution, role, email, WhatsApp, city, state, country, organisation type, application of interest, estimated number of users and your written message. We also record technical submission data: date and time, interface language, source page and campaign parameters (UTM).
3. Data we do not collect
This site is not a healthcare service channel. We do not request — and we ask that you do not send — sensitive personal data, medical information, diagnoses, reports, test results or any identifiable clinical data. Should such information be sent spontaneously, it will be deleted as soon as it is identified.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed in order to respond to your enquiry, assess interest in demonstrations and pilot projects, and keep a record of the communication. The legal basis is the consent given in the form (art. 7, I) and, where applicable, preliminary procedures relating to a contract at your request (art. 7, V).
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Sharing with an international manufacturer or partner institution occurs only with your prior and specific authorisation, disclosed before any transfer. Infrastructure providers (hosting and email) may process data as operators, limited to the controller's instructions.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a different legal obligation applies or you request earlier deletion.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Simply write to dr.funchal@gmail.com; we will respond within the timeframes set out in the LGPD.
8. Security
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data, including HTTPS transmission, validation and sanitisation of submissions, rate limiting of send attempts, and restricted access to received messages.
9. Cookies and measurement
The site does not use tracking cookies by default. Measurement tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel) remain disabled while no explicit configuration exists and, once enabled, will require prior consent, with this policy updated on the same date.
10. International transfer
Should an enquiry need to be shared with a manufacturer based outside Brazil, this will be disclosed and authorised in advance, observing the safeguards required by articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The last-updated date above indicates the version in force. Material changes will be announced on this page.
