Pilot projects

From demonstration to validation. A pilot project exists to answer concrete questions before any decision to scale.

From demonstration to validation.

  1. 01

    Use case identification

Together with the institution we define which problem the pilot examines and which questions it must answer.

  2. 02

    Technical demonstration

Presentation of the equipment, how it works and its known limitations to the team involved.

  3. 03

    Safety and suitability assessment

Risk analysis, environmental requirements and suitability for the audience the institution has in mind.

  4. 04

    Controlled pilot project

Execution within a restricted scope, with defined owners and systematic incident logging.

  5. 05

    Feedback collection

User and technical team perceptions of usability, comfort and operation.

  6. 06

    Feasibility analysis

A joint reading of results, costs, operational demands and regulatory requirements.

  7. 07

    Deployment planning

If it makes sense, we design the next steps: training, support and timeline.

What we consider before starting

  • An institutional lead identified by the interested organisation.
  • A clear definition of the use context and of the group that would be followed.
  • Availability of suitable physical space and of a technical team for supervision.
  • Compliance with the regulatory and ethical requirements applicable to each context.
  • A formal written agreement before any activity involving users.
